Former President APJ Abdul Kalam, the 'missile man' who came to be known as 'People's President' died on Monday after he collapsed during a lecture at the IIM in Shillong on Monday evening. The scientist who also served as the President of India between 2002 and 2007. He spent four decades as a scientist and science administrator, at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).  He was the Chief Scientific Advisor to the Prime and the Secretary of the DRDO from 1992 to 199. The Pokhran II nuclear tests were conducted during this period.   He also wrote 14 books on various topics including India 2020, Wings of Fire and Ignited Minds. 

I express my condolence and paid tribute to the Missile Man of India.

Australian batsman Phillip Hughes dies, aged 25.

The 25-year-old New South Wales left-hander was hit on the top of the neck by a short delivery from Sean Abbott on Monday while batting for South Australia in a Sheffield Shield match.In Australia, cricket fans are shocked at the young talent's sudden death.  
The left-handed opening batsman, who played 26 Tests, 25 one-day internationals and a Twenty20 international for his country, made his international debut at the age of 20 against South Africa in 2009.
He also played county cricket for Middlesex, Hampshire and Worcestershire and shared in a then world record 10th-wicket partnership of 163 with Ashton Agar against England in the 2013 Ashes series.

Top most biggest hacking mafia arrested in India!

The CBI had raided and made arrests in Pune in connection with world’s biggest hacking mafia. On a tip off from United States’ Federal Bureau of Investigation, CBI had raided four places including Mumbai, Pune and Ghaziabad and arrested the alleged mastermind hacker in India – Amit Vikram Tiwari (31), son of a former army colonel. Amit also have a team of hackers from various countries. They reportedly hacked 900 email accounts in the last 2 years.
Several of their clients also include big corporate clients, marriage disputes and legal issues. The team would charge some where between $250 to $500 for hacking an email account. The cases of national security, corporate hacking, financial fraud and hacking into government departments and secret units are being lodged on Amit. It is said that simultaneous arrests were made in three other countries too but the details are not known.

Dharmavarapu Subramanyam is no more.

Telugu top film actor and television personality Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, 53, passed away on saturday late night.
The actor died at his residence in P&T colony at Dilsukhnagar on Saturday night after suffering from a liver disorder.It was only recently that another comedy actor AVS and Srihari died leaving the industry in a state of shock. And now the death of Dharmavarapu Subramanyam has come as another shock. On coming to know about his death, film personalities started coming to the residence of the actor. our deep condolences to his family..

Greater Hyderabad area common capital for up to 10 years.

The Union Cabinet on Thursday night approved a bill for the creation of a Telangana state with 10 districts, paving the way for the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh to give birth to the country’s 29th state.

Though the idea of adding two districts of Rayalaseema to the new state was raised by at least two of the Ministers from the coastal districts of the State, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde apparently made it clear it was never under consideration.

The Cabinet has broadly approved most of the recommendations made by the Group of Ministers constituted to consider the contentious issues. The Cabinet’s approval came after the Congress Core Group decided to adhere to the Congress Working Committee’s decision on a Telangana with 10 districts. 

Some of the highlights of the bill are: Telangana will have 10 districts and the rest of Andhra Pradesh will have 13 districts; Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area will remain the common capital for both states for a period not exceeding 10 years; an expert committee will identify the alternative capital for the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh within 45 days of the gazette notification; a joint public service commission will be in place for the two states; both states will have special status under Article 371-D of the Constitution for equitable op

portunities.
